Industrial Visit
Allenhouse Group of Institutions organized an industrial visit to Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), A "Miniratna" of Central Public Sector Enterprises under the Dept. of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment on April 23, 2024.Students have experienced Robotic Storage Systems, Automatic Welding process along with manufacturing and assembling of various artificial limbs. Students have gone through various customized products manufactured by ALIMCO such as hearing aids, sensor sticks for blinds, battery powered wheel chairs etc. To get familiar with the manufacturing and working style of a Public Sector Unit was a value adding experience for students. Students are very likely to attend such visit in future.

Another enlightening Industrial visit by Allenhouse Institute of Technology to Powergrid! Our students had the incredible opportunity to explore the inner workings of Powergrid, a Maharatna PSU of the Government of India. A special highlight was having the GM himself leading the visit, sharing invaluable insights and case studies. From understanding power transmission to DISCOMs, control room, and fire prevention systems etc, our students gained practical knowledge that will shape their future endeavors.

Allenhouse Institute of Technology arranged a visit of B.Tech 3rd year students to the RMC (ready-mix concrete) Plant of UltraTechCement at Lucknow. The 'Quality Control Engineer' and the 'Safety Engineer' explained the process of production of concrete at the plant. They also emphasized on the mandates of the Indian standards regarding control of the quality of concrete and it's safety handling. They demonstrated the mixing and checking the work ability of concrete.

The main objective behind the visit was to make student aware about traction system, traction motor maintenance system and plant setup for a railway engine.

The main objective behind the visit was to make the student aware of Industrial Processing & Control and other managerial activities.
